In 2016, two respected Branch Group subsidiaries became one. In December 2016, The Branch Group consolidated two of its civil subsidiaries, Branch Highways and E.V. Williams, Inc., into Branch Civil to better support its long-range strategic growth plans. This consolidation addressed the needs of the evolving transportation construction industry throughout the Mid-Atlantic and the Southeast United States. We each work as though we own the company.
