Diligently serving the greater Baltimore area and surrounding counties Eva Life Giver (formally DeVaughn Inc.) is a 501(c)3 Corporation 
that has been in existence for almost 20 years. We are a human service organization devoted to improving the lives, health and holistic well being of families, children, and adults. 

Servitude is at the core of our organization. We pride ourselves on providing support, resources and services to people of all walks of life. We believe in meeting the clients where they are. 
Our approach is client centered and involves meeting the needs of the entire person. We are dedicated to improving our communities by reducing socioeconomic issues such as 
substance abuse, homelessness, unemployment, crime, recidivism and other issues that plague our communities.

Our mission is to help stabilize, empower and improve the quality of life for adults, families and children who are at risk by providing 
care and services from a diverse and holistic approach that will enhance knowledge, growth & independence in today’s society.

DEVAUGHN.INTERVENTION.TEACH.&TREAT.OPTIONS (DITTO)
DITTO, a branch of Eva Life Giver Inc., is an Early Intervention and Outpatient Treatment program designed to provide education and quality 
treatment services to individuals who are in the early to late stages of alcohol or drug abuse or dependence. We believe in providing quality services to our clients from a holistic and diverse approach.
