Since late 2009 we have operated a state-of-the-art, three million gallon per year commercial biodiesel production facility in rural Isanti, MN.  The new facility features a revolutionary production technology known as the Mcgyan Process.  The Mcgyan Process utilizes a simple, fixed bed continuous reactor to quickly and economically catalyze the production of biodiesel fuel that meets or exceeds established quality standards.  The Mcgyan Process is completely feedstock-flexible, enabling the use of a wide variety of low cost, non food-based raw materials.  The Mcgyan Process has undergone full research and development testing including small-scale production and long-term endurance testing (lab and pilot-scale).
