Evercore Trust Company, N.A. ("Evercore Trust"​), a limited purpose national trust bank chartered by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, provides specialized investment management, independent fiduciary, and trustee services to employee benefit plans.  Evercore Trust also provides personal trustee, executor, and custody services for Evercore Wealth Management, an affiliated wealth management firm.

Evercore Trust was established by Evercore Partners, Inc. (“Evercore”) in connection with its 2009 acquisition of U.S. Trust’s Special Fiduciary Services business (“SFS”) from Bank of America, N.A.  The SFS team has provided independent fiduciary services to employee benefit plans at America’s leading corporations and institutions since 1987. The SFS team has served as an independent fiduciary to employee benefit plans sponsored by approximately:

   -  75% of the top 20 corporate plan sponsors in the P&I 1,000;
    - 60% of the companies comprising the Dow Jones Industrial Average; and
    - 25% of the corporations in the Fortune 500.
