Evergood Sausage Company is a family-owned producer in the San Francisco area, with a history spanning more than 98 years. Its roots trace to Jacob Rauscher, a master sausage maker from Bavaria, who opened the Evergood Pork Store in 1926 in the Mission District, offering a range of European-style sausages.
