Evergreen Investment Company is the family office of Bruce Galloway.  With an experienced eye and a disciplined, mathematical approach, we research, analyze, and invest in real estate across the United States.

Starting in 1981, our strategies have included acquiring and operating value-add multi-family apartment complexes, purchasing & zoning land for sale, developing residential & retail properties, and re-positioning distressed commercial assets.  We have acquired and managed over 100 properties located in major markets including: Southern California, Denver, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Atlanta, Charlotte, Columbia, Tampa, and Orlando.

Evergreen has a strong sense of responsibility to the community.  In 2000, Bruce Galloway founded the Galloway Family Foundation, giving charitably and supporting programs across multiple fields including medical research, nature conservancy, and micro-finance projects in developing countries.
