In December of 2021, Everware-CBDI was acquired by Sapiens Decision, a division of Sapiens International.  Sapiens Decision is based in Raleigh, North Carolina and provides methodology, software solutions and customer support to automate the management and execution of complex decisions.  Given Everware-CBDI’s long-standing focus on model-based and service-oriented solutions, Sapiens Decision is a good fit for our approach and service automation capabilities. The Sapiens Decision product suite includes automated tools to extract business logic from legacy environments, a graphical workbench to manage logic models and govern decision change management, and a low/no-code approach for code generation to implement and execute decisions. The result is end-to-end decision automation, increasing business responsiveness, execution consistency and overall quality.  Sapiens Decision intends on leveraging Everware-CBDI capabilities to extend and enhance their suite of product solutions.
