Spectrum Licensing Advantage Evolve Broadband holds LTE 700 MHz spectrum licenses across 13 counties in Central and South Texas, providing a competitive edge with high-quality, licensed spectrum. This positions the company favorably to offer reliable and superior network services, making it an attractive partner for organizations seeking dependable connectivity in these regions.

Technology Parity Utilizing the same LTE infrastructure as major providers like AT&T in key Texas markets, Evolve Broadband can leverage existing technological standards to rapidly expand service offerings or establish roaming agreements, opening avenues for partnership and joint service initiatives.

Growing Regional Presence With a focused regional footprint covering significant Texas markets, Evolve Broadband presents an opportunity to serve local businesses, government agencies, and organizations requiring tailored internet solutions, especially those seeking alternatives to larger providers.

Potential Partnership Opportunities The company’s interest in establishing roaming agreements with large carriers like AT&T suggests readiness for strategic collaborations, which could lead to joint marketing or infrastructure sharing deals, benefiting both parties and expanding service reach.

Market Untapped Potential Operating in a market with limited revenue signals opportunities for business development to introduce scalable solutions, fiber upgrades, or complementary services that can help Evolve Broadband increase revenue and strengthen its market position amid regional competition.

Evolve Broadband is a Texas corporation. Our owners acquired our LTE 700 MHz licensed spectrum (Band 17) for 13 counties in Central and South Texas from the FCC in 2009 via what was known as FCC Auction 73. In that same auction, AT&T and Verizon spent over $16 billion for similar LTE spectrum licenses in different areas across the United States. Evolve Broaadband is responsible for building out our 13 counties in Texas.

Many people are familiar with the Verizon marketing saying “It’s the Network.” We at Evolve Broadband agree, and from a physics vantage point the most important part of the network is the actual frequency used to provide service. Evolve Broadband has the best frequency for its licensed areas and that is why we can and will provide the best service in our markets.

Our services and network use the same fundamental technology as AT&T’s LTE deployments in Houston, Austin and San Antonio. While we serve the majority of the area between these cities, Evolve Broadband hopes to establish a mutually beneficial roaming relationship with AT&T in the future so that our respective customers can roam on each other's network.
