EXCEL Midstream Solutions, Inc. offers extensive experience executing projects ranging from conceptual development through construction and commissioning.  We provide project service solutions ranging from: single and multi-well facilities; gathering systems to major transmission pipelines; compression, pump, treating and processing facilities; to bulk terminal with marine dock, rail and truck facilities.  We are actively engaged in hydrocarbon liquid transportation and terminal projects including crude oil, condensate, refined products and LPG.  We have significant experience in large diameter API fixed roof and enclosed internal floating roof storage tanks; truck bays and rail loading/unloading racks; custody transfer measurement and proving; and, large horsepower transfer and mainline pumping facilities.

We additionally provides a full field service offering including construction management, inspection, survey and right-of-way services.
