Executive Psychological Resources (EPR) addresses the psychological needs of professionals in the Joplin, Springfield, and surrounding areas. Professionals are often viewed in terms of their competence and expertise. As a result, their needs can easily be forgotten by others. At EPR, we focus on the well-being of professionals so they can maximize their potential and focus on the quality of their professional and personal lives. In addition to traditional psychotherapy to address personal and family issues, we provide professional development and management skills to optimize their careers. 

The importance of privacy and confidentiality in therapy is paramount to personal growth and development. Executive Psychological Resources (EPR) places a high emphasis on privacy. We have limited our office to two PhD trained clinical psychologists. Our waiting room is quiet and private without the busy atmosphere common in the field of mental health. The heightened level of confidentiality is a mainstay at EPR.
