Executive Suites of Lakewood Ranch provides fully furnished professional office suites and related services in a Class A office building located in Lakewood Ranch, FL. We also provide our tenants and clients with state-of-the-art technology services allowing them to successfully compete in today’s marketplace. Everything (except customers) is included and professionally managed so that the businessperson can focus on growing their business and taking care of their customers. Our office packages include high-speed fiber optic Internet service from Verizon, Voice Over IP telecom technology; IP based video conference equipment from Polycom, all reception and administrative services including mail and package handling. We offer a professional work environment in a class-A building that includes professionally appointed meeting rooms, a kitchen area, and ample, free parking. Our 3 conference rooms can accommodate from 4 to 20 attendees. They feature wireless Internet access, 3-way conference phones, whiteboards and pull-down screens. For those not yet ready for an office outside of the home or don’t need an office but need the support of one we offer a variety of Virtual Office services tailored to their requirements.
