In 1993, C. Peter McMillian, Jr., founded the professional recruiting firm Excellence In Search Inc. He then recruited and placed James Ciricola in an IT Developer position. These two professionals with complimenting backgrounds developed a friendship and later established Exodus Integrity Services, Inc. in August of 1997. Today, EIS is a strategic Technical Consulting and IT Staffing firm based in Cleveland, Ohio. This mutual partnership brought together years of talent acquisition experience, with years of knowledge and ingenuity in the information systems field. Through this balanced relationship, the needs of our clients are fully understood at both ends of the spectrum, allowing us to provide and maintain long-term relationships. Through streamlined processes, the addition of state-of-the-art technological enhancements, and changes in today’s business world, our growth is constant.
