Explore Mars Inc. is a nonprofit organization based in Washington, D.C., that connects aerospace industry leaders with government entities to facilitate direct information exchange and coordination. It runs a major conference focused on advancing human missions to Mars and publishes an annual white paper outlining the current landscape of Mars exploration. The organization also engages in grassroots outreach to influence policymakers and promote cross‑sector collaboration within the space community.

Its activities target NASA, industry stakeholders, policymakers, and international partners, with the aim of maintaining focus on landing humans on Mars by 2033. The group operates within the aviation and aerospace sector by fostering policy dialogue and partnerships rather than manufacturing. A recent development: in 2025 Explore Mars hosted the Humans to the Moon & Mars Summit at George Washington University's Jack Morton Auditorium in Washington, D.C., signaling ongoing execution of its conference program.
