Extended Child Care Coalition of Sonoma County provides before- and after-school programs on elementary school campuses throughout Sonoma County. Founded in 1978, the organization operates within the education administration programs field from its Santa Rosa base. It currently runs programs for the Mark West, Wright, and Windsor school districts at ten school sites.

In addition to operating on-site programs, the coalition offers child care management services to school districts, serving families enrolled at participating schools and providing subsidized care for eligible families. The organization is governed by a Board of Directors composed of parents using the program and community members. All centers are licensed by the California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing, and operate under regulations from the California Department of Education, the served school districts, and the board.
