At Exterior Products, we add professionalism to a market traditionally viewed as unskilled. Since 2003, we have been known as the most recommended contracting and supply source for retail centers, malls, municipalities, and other commercial properties. 

As a licensed contractor, we offer a wide range of services, including outdoor lighting maintenance, roof cleaning, banner production/installation, commercial holiday decor, and more. We service commercial properties all throughout Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, Orange County, and San Diego, and our products are shipped domestically and internationally.

Our process is likened to more of a skilled craft than a trade. We keep a vested interest in your business and ultimately want to keep your tenants happy. Reporting, classifying and submitting additional maintenance issues we see while on site is standard. We check in with your security and use the highest level of courtesy when interacting with your tenants and patrons. We also schedule work outside your center's busy times whenever possible.

We’ve continued to grow at a calculated and conservative pace to provide the best level of service for the products we sell. For over 16 years, our business model has been largely centered around the sale of new products, and we have the labor capacity to install and support them accordingly.
