Founded in 2004, F3 & Associates is a multidisciplinary surveying firm offering a wide range of services to Architecture Firms, Contractors, Engineering Firms, Municipalities and Agencies including licensed professional land surveying and mapping, underground utility locating, GPR scanning, and 3D laser scanning.

Over the firm’s history F3 has successfully completed more than 6,000 projects for more than 1,000 clients across large public and private sector projects.  Our markets include residential & commercial development, education, energy, industrial, infrastructure, public works, and transportation among others.  

As one of the largest land surveying firms on the West Coast, we employ more than 100 people, including 40 fully equipped survey crews and nine (9) utility locating crews crossed trained and experienced to deliver our services at any given time from office locations in the Bay Area, Southern California, and Northern Nevada.
