FA Boyd, PC, formerly Hyatt & Stubblefield, PC, has a history that spans more than three decades, beginning in 1973.  Today, FA Boyd, PC continues to be an innovative leader in providing legal advice and assistance in the creation and operation of condominiums, planned communities, resorts and mixed-use developments. Our experience in working with hundreds of planned communities, condominiums, clubs, and resorts, throughout the country and internationally, gives us a unique understanding of the range of options available in structuring, operating, and selling new communities, how those options work in practice, the legal constraints, and the pitfalls to be avoided.  As a result, we are able to propose and implement creative approaches and solutions to assist our clients in achieving their goals while protecting and enhancing the relationships between the developer, the association, builders, property owners, and other stakeholders in the community.  We practice preventative law so that our clients can focus on progress without disruption and success without exception.
