Rick Bookstaber, co-founder of Fabric RQ, began developing Fabric’s core methodology at the US Treasury in response to the 2008 financial crisis. Rick was the Chief Risk Officer at some of the largest banks and hedge funds in the world and now wants to help asset owners through his knowledge and experience.
