(FS+) is a full service hands on full service HVAC maintenance firm which provides water treatment, cooling tower leak repair and rebuilding, NADCA duct cleaning, chemical pipe cleaning, coil cleaning, acid cleaning, glycol removal and installation, chemical feed equipment installation, waterproofing and sealing. 

We specialize in new construction and all existing systems in all buildings. As owners representative and project managers we aim to deliver high-quality and practical solutions to the public and private sectors.
