Factor of 4, LLC embodies an alliance of professionals with decades of consulting, design, and development experience in computer-systems applications ranging from multimedia, visual communication, graphic design,  mobile web design and HTML5 development, to database, networking, and general-purpose software.

Founded by four principal partners of Factor of 4, LLC - Jim Miner, Andy Mickel, Bill Dobbs, and Mark Stanley - we serve clientele ranging from Fortune 500 firms, to government and research institutions as well as local small businesses and non-profit organizations. 

We possess a broad range of skills to deliver services for the varying needs of our clients. We going beyond simply developing websites -  developing customized, mobile-friendly web-enabled interactive software - often involving visually rich front-ends and intelligently designed database back-ends. 

We develop detailed design proposals which consider separately the visual, navigational and content aspects of design. Clients hire us to extend or re-design their existing websites, or to create completely new websites. We create software to integrate their existing databases, as well as create animations, videos and digital sound files if they desire. Finally we complement our services with a complete domain name registration/management, and a website hosting and website administration facility supplemented with Internet consulting and application training .
