Since 1953, Faier & Faier and its predecessors have provided legal limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and unfair trade causes.  We work to create new rights by writing and prosecuting patents, by applying to register trademarks and service marks, and registering claims of copyright.  We prosecute patents, trademarks, and service marks around the world through our group of associates.  We litigate patent matters, trademark matters, service mark matters, copyright matters and unfair trade cause matters.  We write licenses for clients.

Our clients, by and large, are corporations.  We have large represented public companies to sole proprietorships.  What makes our practice different is that we have close relationships with our clients.  We have worked for some clients over 50-years.   Because we are small, close to our clients, and aware of the costs involved, we believe we provide superior cost-effective solutions to business people.  We look forward to hearing from you.
