Fair Chance envisions a world where every child succeeds. We identify and partner with nonprofits who offer critical services that research shows put children on a pathway to success. We offer free workshops, coaching, and training to build stronger organizations and foster long-term growth. Our equity-informed capacity building programs are intensive and customized to meet the unique needs and culture of each nonprofit. In pursuit of systemic social change, we collaborate with organizations who seek to create stronger nonprofits for communities. Since 2002, Fair Chance has partnered with over 200 nonprofits, tackling issues from job readiness to health, literacy to homelessness. Together, we've reached more than 150,000 children youth and families.
