For over 25 years, Fairplay has been the leading organization fighting to protect kids from marketers and Big Tech. Our work is driven solely by what's best for children: we do not accept donations from Big Tech or any corporation.

Over the years, Fairplay has helped get phones out of schools, organized parents to demand online safety legislation, stopped Meta from releasing a version of Instagram for little kids, and held Google, Amazon, and other mega-companies accountable for violating children's privacy law. 

In 2026, we will launch a new Strategic Plan that will uniquely position Fairplay to take on current and future threats to childhood, including emerging threats like AI.
