My course, TX731 Taxation of Regulated Investment Companies and Their Shareholders, will provide a comprehensive review of the issues surrounding the taxation of regulated investment companies (RICs). Since their introduction over 50 years ago, RICs, also known as mutual funds, have become the primary savings vehicle of many Americans.
