Faith & Flower is a contemporary restaurant in Los Angeles, located in the WaterMarke Tower in DTLA's South Park district. Its name nods to Downtown Los Angeles history, with Flower referencing the street as it exists today and Faith alluding to a historic name from the early 1920s. Executive Chef Michael Hung leads the culinary program, delivering a Californian rustic cuisine that draws on global flavors and is enhanced by a wood-fired oven and a raw bar. The bar program is led by Lead Mixologist Michael Lay, and Ben Spungin serves as Executive Pastry Chef. Designed by AvroKODesign, the space fuses modern and antique influences, including a partition wall composed of distressed doors from the 1920s and an entire wall mural by local artist Robert Vargas.
