Falkenberg Ives LLP opened its doors with one goal in mind: to provide first-rate litigation services to our clients in a collaborative environment.  FI's founders share a passion for excellent client advocacy, creative problem solving, and Notre Dame football.  While FI may be a relatively new kid in town, our attorneys have been serving clients in state and federal courts throughout the country over the last 25 years.  We have honed our skills working in some of the country’s leading litigation firms, corporate offices, and government agencies, and look to leverage that depth of experience in an agile and effective new setting.

FI emphasizes collaboration, both among ourselves and our clients, to devise an approach that is unique to each client and case.  Our culture and our business model rewards teamwork and encourages us to ensure that we bring the appropriate resources to bear in any particular engagement.  We count on each other and share the goal of achieving the best possible outcome for our clients.

As entrepreneurs running a new business, we understand that costs matter and we must work with our clients to provide results at a fair price.  We do so by charging reasonable rates, fashioning alternative billing agreements, leveraging technology and capitalizing on the accumulated experience and expertise of our attorneys to deliver outstanding results as efficiently as we can. We value our clients, and work to show that by delivering value.
