Family First Funding LLC offers high quality mortgage banking services to residential and business customers. While we would like to fund every loan ourselves, we realize that some borrowers do not fit the normal lending box. For that reason we have over 15 relationships with FHA and special Niche investors that allow us to provide financing for borrowers with less than perfect credit, no ability to document income (Commercial Loans), unique properties, and "back against the wall" deadlines. These are only a few of the key factors that put Family First Funding in a different league compared to the majority of bankers and brokers in our industry. Our #1 goal is to provide superior service and transparency throughout the loan application, underwriting, and closing processes.
