Family Life Services helps single moms and their children build new futures through faith-based community. Sheltering the vulnerable on the same beautiful two acres since 1942, single moms leave behind homelessness and domestic violence and build new futures. Through our residential and outreach programs, courageous women become the stable heads of their households, equipped to meet their families' needs. FLS is a thriving village of moms creating new futures together. In our two-year Resident Program, nine apartments shelter single moms and their children who are finding refuge, an opportunity to break generational patterns, and the empowering freedom to breathe as they work toward changed lives. Our non-residential outreach program, Women of Courage, provides a robust support community for families living throughout El Paso County, offering mentoring, education and spiritual encouragement, as well as an engaging space in which to fight isolation and to link arms. With the valuable contributions of our volunteers and donors, Family Life Services has been blessed with a rich heritage of ministering to the needs of families for over eight decades.
