Fanizzi and Barr, LLC was founded on October 1, 2010 as a personal injury law firm specializing in automobile accidents, construction accidents, product liability, slip and fall accidents, and dog attacks.

At Fanizzi and Barr, an experienced trial attorney handles every case. Andrew D. Fanizzi, Paul K. Barr, and Tina Kasperek are all courtroom tested trial lawyers, making them thoroughly capable of handling the toughest, most contentious cases.

As a retired Niagara Falls firefighter, Paul K. Barr has answered thousands of calls by people who were injured and in crisis. As an attorney, Mr. Barr relies on the courage and compassion he developed as a public servant when dealing with the only types of cases he accepts…personal injury.

Andrew D. Fanizzi has over ten years experience in a major Buffalo law firm preparing cases for trial. Backed by this experience. Mr. Fanizzi assumes that every case he accepts will go to trial, and prepares accordingly.

Tina Kasperek has a wealth of experience in labor law, product liability, motor vehicle and medical malpractice claims. After obtaining her law degree, she practiced in the areas of criminal defense and real estate before returning to advocating for personal injury victims.
