FASPE is a New York City–based nonprofit that promotes ethical leadership and responsibility among professionals who can influence society. Its model centers on examining how individual professionals acted in Germany and elsewhere during 1933–1945 to inform present-day ethical accountability. Each year, FASPE awards fellowships to graduate students and early-career professionals across fields such as Business, Clergy, Design and Technology, Journalism, Law, and Medicine, building a network of more than 900 alumni. The fellowship experience begins with an intensive study trip to Germany and Poland, linking historical context to contemporary professional ethics. In addition to the fellowship, FASPE applies its approach through ethics training workshops for practicing professionals across various industries, as well as public writings, lectures, and symposia. The organization also offers condensed European study trips and ongoing gatherings, online education, and networking to sustain dialogue beyond the two weeks in Europe.
