Founded in 2009, Feedback introduced a new way to turn ethnographic research and deep social listening into actionable results. By analyzing unprompted human behavior across digital environments, Feedback helps organizations uncover meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions, stronger engagement, and improved outcomes across a wide range of industries and sectors, including healthcare, higher education, workforce development, and beyond.

In 2021, Feedback merged with Austin-based digital health technology company CareStarter, expanding its ability to connect behavioral insights with scalable, technology-driven solutions.

In February 2025, both organizations were acquired by Professional Contract Services, Inc. (PCSI) to form the foundation of PCSIx (“Pick Six”), PCSI’s innovation unit focused on mission-driven, inclusive innovation. Within PCSIx, Feedback continues to operate as the behavioral science engine, analyzing human behavior to generate insights that inform decision-making, strengthen engagement, and drive meaningful, long-term impact across diverse industries, sectors, and stakeholder groups.

Together with CareStarter’s technology platform, Feedback helps power PCSIx’s mission to advance inclusive innovation and expand opportunities – changing the game for all abilities.
