Our goal is to provide professional legal services to individuals and small businesses in the New York City metropolitan area. 

The firm’s clients acquire and sell various types of real estate.  Our attorneys are well-versed in diverse financing transactions.  In addition, we assist our clients with the leases, assignments and subleases; in this regard, we represent both landlords and tenants.

We also work closely with entrepreneurs to form their business entities.  Once the business is established, we act as general counsel with respect to day-to-day transactions for our clients in various industries.  In addition to our work with first-time business owners, we also represent clients in mergers, acquisitions and sales, in whole or in part, of ownership interests in closely-held corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.

When litigation becomes necessary, we are prepared to represent our clients before the appropriate tribunal.  Our commercial litigation requires us to engage in motion practice, court appearances, trials, appeals and settlement negotiations on behalf of our clients.  In addition to our traditional litigation practice, we also represent clients in alternative dispute resolution, when appropriate.
