As a principle voice of business for the Greater Fenton area, the Chamber meets the needs of the community as a whole by promoting and encouraging a prosperous Fenton area. In an effort to accomplish our mission, we work to define, develop and implement programs and services that will not only expand job opportunities, but also increase the overall economic growth of the entire Fenton area. The Chamber provides visibility in the community and various promotional opportunities to its members through services. Some of the areas the staff and Board Members spend their time and energy on are; member to member connections, economic development, working with local government officials, and partnering with the local schools. For our membership, we eagerly work to offer new and exciting networking opportunities for business owners and their employees. Popular benefits and services for Chamber members include the Membership Directory that is published every year, Member to Member discounts and our Website found at www.fentonchamber.org. The Chamber provides informational breakfasts and seminars, Networking Around Noon hosted by our members, and regular meetings with government leaders, building a supportive business and government line of communications. Indirectly, the Fenton Regional Chamber of Commerce helps its business members and the entire community through its Education Partnership Team. It helps strengthen workforce development for local businesses and increase career choice awareness among area students. The Chamber is hopeful that through this partnership with the local schools we can help shape future career choices and offer valuable learning experiences for students.
