Fiddleheads Coffee Roasters is a family-owned specialty coffee company based in Thiensville, Wisconsin, operating a small-batch roastery alongside multiple cafes and an artisan bakery. Founded in 1996, the company hand-selects premium green beans from farms around the world, cupping in its in-house lab to refine flavor profiles and roasting each batch to bring out specific tasting notes. The roasting craft is based on training from Willem Boot, a noted figure in the coffee industry.

In its cafes, the company emphasizes fresh daily foods and pastries and seeks to hire skilled staff to support a quality customer experience. It operates within the wholesale segment of the coffee industry while maintaining its own roastery and network of cafes. In January 2026, FairWave Holdings LLC announced its acquisition of Fiddleheads Coffee Co.
