Fidelity Law Group (“FLG”) is a North Carolina based law firm that offers services to small and medium-sized businesses as well as individuals. We offer a variety of services from litigation to transactional assistance and planning in practice areas including intellectual property, employment, entity formation and maintenance, contract review and negotiation, and assistance for compliance related issues among other things.
