Since its founding in 1932, Fielding Electric, Inc. has been a family owned company.  Established by Bill Fielding, the company was owned by two generations of the Fielding family before being acquired by Wayne Grau in 1980.  Michael Krippendorf joined the company in 1982 as a first-year apprentice electrician.  Over the course of 18 years, Michael worked his way up through the field and into the position of Project Manager, before purchasing the company in 2000.  Over the 19 years that Fielding Electric, Inc. has been under the management of the Krippendorf family, the company has grown into an organization known for “Quality, Safety, Reliability,” its dedicated workforce, and friendly office environment.
