Community Digital Presence Fifth Avenue Synagogue is a historic, small-to-midsize religious institution in New York City with a professional website and active online programs. This presents an opportunity to offer website optimization, modern content management, and digital fundraising solutions tailored to faith-based organizations seeking to boost engagement and donations.

Fundraising & Donations Current revenue under $1M and a tech stack including Stripe indicates openness to online giving. Sales opportunities exist for donation platforms, recurring giving, and donor management integrated with their Joomla-based site and Microsoft 365 environment to streamline donor communications.

Tech Modernization Adopting legacy-to-modern tools (MooTools, jQuery Migrate) alongside AWS and Varnish suggests a potential upgrade path. Offer modernization services, security hardening, cloud migration, and a new CMS or frontend stack that preserves heritage while improving performance and accessibility.

Small Team, High Impact With a lean staff (2-10 employees), the synagogue could benefit from scalable, low-touch solutions such as managed IT, hosted collaboration suites, and donor CRM integrations designed for small organizations to reduce operational burden and amplify outreach.

Community & Growth Potential As a historic NYC congregation with active spiritual and educational programs, there is opportunity to cross-sell programs in event marketing, member engagement platforms, and community outreach tools that help coordinate services, classes, and events while expanding membership and philanthropic giving.
