Fillmore Capital Partners is an independent alternative investment manager that designs and executes private equity and real estate strategies. Fillmore has completed over $9.5 Billion in real estate and private equity investments (40+% Health Care, 40+% Hospitality, 20% Other). Our primary focus is on non-core sectors that generally require a high degree of operational experience. We execute equity and debt strategies across the risk spectrum, from core to opportunistic, including white-knight recapitalizations, incubators, and ground-up development.

Today, Fillmore's portfolio includes 7 active companies that generate over $400 Million in gross revenues, with over 2,300 employees, in 5 states. Six of these companies are operating companies in health care, insurance, and experiential sectors, and one is dedicated primarily to retail real estate.

We believe our focus on esoteric sectors creates non-correlated investment opportunities to the broader market for our client portfolios. Today, Fillmore is focused on consumer centric thematic strategies, targeting essential and necessity-based goods and services and health care sectors. These sectors have proven to be resilient through multiple market cycles.
