FilmPro Finance LLC is a financial consulting service founded in 2001 which introduces production companies to finance and distribution for one off pictures and slate financing, combining equity, soft money incentives, distribution and institutional investing. FilmPro Finance has worked on deals with many of the major banks including CIBC, ICB, Merrill Lynch, West LB, Bank of America, Citibank, RBS, Bank of Ireland and Deutsche Bank. FilmPro’s top tiered clients have included Cosmic Entertainment, APG and Icon. FilmPro has co-ventured with CreditSpectrum in New York on developing an independent film finance model; with Global Capital Finance to create a new source of slate financing for studio pictures; partnered with Fuelling Capital out of New York to establish a 181 funding slate for Merrill Lynch; and built the team for Focus Films LTD., for slate financing independent feature films utilizing worldwide tax incentives with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and strategic partners Magnolia Financial Corp. and Film Production Capital LLC.

Consulting and Executive producing several feature projects both in the United States and internationally, Attorney Jarrett consults to independent one-off features packaging such films to senior level producers, distributors, financiers and talent, including upcoming feature projects Swing Away, Ma’am Crossing and the animated film Nureyev’s Dog by Tony Award Winning Producer Jack Dalgleish (Spring Awakening).
