FINANCIAL DIRECTIONS, LLC was established in 1996 and registered with the Securities Exchange Commission as a Registered Investment Advisor in 1999.  As a RIA we are mandated by the Investment Company Act of 1940 to a fiduciary standard, putting our clients' best interests first.
