At fineline we use a combination of CAD expertise, 5 axis CNC manufacturing and traditional modelmaking skills to produce large scale models for the entertainment industry, for designers and for exhibitors.

Our 5/6 axis CNC machines are fast and accurate and with a envelope size of up to 8m x 4m x 2m we can produce large objects in nearly any material. There really is no limit to the size of jobs we do at Fineline, in fact its something were known for.

To protect materials like polystyrene after machining we can apply an impact resistant protective barrier using our plastic coating system; this gives a fast and inexpensive alternative to fibre glassing, completely encasing the object in any thickness of ABS like plastic, perfect for props in the film and music industries or simply to protect large models against transportation damage.
