We specialize in land development for residential, retail, and other commercial uses.  Our principal owners have over 65 years of experience and have developed projects in 28 cities in Texas, including major metro regions to small suburban and rural towns.  Our scope of services includes the following:
   
* Project sponsorship, as GP or Co-GP, for passive LP investors in multifamily, condo, land investment, office, hotel & retail projects 
* Fee developer (Sole Developer, or as Co-Developer) 
* Advisory role (initial acquisition and post-acquisition)
* Real Estate Brokerage (Sell or Buy side role);  Licensed TX RE Broker # 540389
* Approved Sponsor - HUD insured 221(d)(4) loan program - market rate multifamily projects   
* Securing entitlements/incentives for horizontal and vertical development

We sponsor LLCs and limited partnerships, funded by private equity and debt, in multiple real estate asset classes, including multifamily, hospitality, residential condos, retail properties and commercial and residential land. We maintain strategic relationships with a network of ultra high net worth (UHNW) and high net worth (HNW) individual investors, family offices and institutional sources of capital, located in the U.S. and abroad, as well as major firms in the fields of architecture, engineering, construction, and legal, which are utilized to facilitate development of projects for clients and for affiliates of the company and its President, Gary J. Davis. Gary has participated over the past 50 years as a principal, development officer, or consultant to ownership, in real estate developments with a valuation of approximately $1.7 billion, located in 27 cities in Texas (including Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Austin), as well as in projects located in 13 other states.
