First Choice Homes Oldham is a housing association based in Oldham, in the Greater Manchester region, operating in the civic and social organizations sector. Founded in 2011, the organization now owns and manages more than 11,500 homes across Oldham and nearby areas. It is expanding with 1,100 high-quality, sustainable new homes for 2020–2026 across Oldham, Rochdale, Tameside, Calderdale and Kirklees to help tackle the shortage of affordable housing.

The group aims to meet customers' needs, provide high-quality sustainable homes, and contribute to neighbourhood improvements while supporting staff development. In 2026 it has engaged in community initiatives, including a partnership with Oldham Athletic Community Trust to provide free weekly football sessions for children in Derker, and has participated in collaborations with other housing providers to promote careers in social housing.
