Our office staff has extensive experience in human resources. We always keep current on the latest human resource changes, providing our customers with answers and advice on a wide range of issues. Our low staff turnover means consistency and outstanding customer service for our clients.

First Choice Staffing has been a family owned and operated business for over 45 years. The current second-generation owners are Michele Washburn and Lynn Loomis. Michele and Lynn are active in the day-to-day management and operations of First Choice and make their homes in Central NY.
