First Response Disaster Team is a family-owned and operated full-service emergency water, mold, fire and smoke restoration team. We are based in Volusia County and service Brevard, Volusia, Flagler and Seminole counties.  We work with both commercial business owners and residential homeowners to help them recover in the event of an emergency situation.

Part of First Response Disaster Team's business model is to form trusted relationships with area property managers, hotel managers, homeowners associations, etc. so they have a local, reliable emergency response firm they can rely on to respond quickly in the event of a disaster. We are also a Certified General Contractor and Certified Mold Remediator in the state of Florida.

We are involved with several of the area Chambers of Commerce and enjoy giving back to our community. We love referrals and give referrals to local businesses, vendors, property managers, real estate brokers, and associates.
