First Temporary, established 1987, is a temporary staffing firm located in Downtown Chicago that provides temporary staffing support to clients located in and around the Greater Chicago area, including other select cites. Our specialized services focus on the areas of financial services (middle and back office), accounting, IT, HR, operations, administrative, and clerical roles. We pride ourselves in creating personalized experiences both for the client and the candidate. 

Our boutique style creates the opportunity to further form a comprehensive and responsive experience from the first introduction to an offer of employment. Just as each of our clients and candidates are unique, each experience with the firm will shift to best serve one’s needs and maximize results. We work to form a relationship with our candidates to best match them with positions. Our temporary staffing associates have over 50 years combined experience in the temporary staffing industry and have experience in placing people on a temporary basis, temporary to hire, and Direct Hire “permanent” positions.
