Each F&F customer is assigned a personal design consultant, who guides them through each step of the selection process, and collaborates with them to choose from a vast selection of finishings to complement their new home and express their individuality, from floor to ceiling, wall to wall, inside and out. Fischer & Frichtel homes are covered by a 10 year limited warranty through RWC (Residential Warranty Company). During the first and second year, claims are managed by Fischer & Frichtel and/or the contractors who built your home. That is what makes our program unique.
