With 9 years experience in the fitness industry, combined with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology, the owner, Kenny McClendon, is skilled to provide you with a unique and personalized plan to help you reach your goals. Fit Therapy offers a fully equipped workout facility with a wide range of exercise/physical activity options, such as fitness classes and personal training.  We approach fitness from a medical standpoint and make sure all clients receive an in depth assessment and fitness testing when necessary. We are trained and experienced in medical conditions and are confident that we can keep you safe.  Knowing that having a good foundation in fitness is only a piece of the total health package, we offer a wide range of counseling services. With her Masters in clinical and mental health counseling, the co-owner, Tracy Cooper, has set a strong foundation for what positive counseling services should be. Her 7 years experience has helped her to understand the many issues that all kinds of people face. Whether it be dealing with stress, anxiety, low self esteem, or depression, Tracy and the licensed clinical staff can help.
