They engage with in-app messaging and video calls. Coaches can train 100s, even 1000s, of clients at once using a combination of synchronous & asynchronous means.

The FitBudd client app has a suite of features to ensure high accountability and compliance. Clients can see their training plan, including workouts, meals, step targets - everything! The coach regularly updates their program to fit their schedule, goals, equipment, and travel.
