Fitness for Health is the Washington, D.C., area’s premiere therapeutic exercise facility providing multi-sensory and individualized fitness programs to foster growth and development for ages 2 ½ years-old through senior citizens. Our innovative facility, trained staff and novel approach to fitness encourage children and adults to achieve goals previously thought unattainable. Our activities are designed to teach new skills and improve fitness, motivation, self-esteem and overall physical wellness. Our 4,400 square foot facility is not your average “run of the treadmill” gym. We use state-of-the-art exergaming systems—many of them custom-designed in partnership with leading manufacturers and used by professional athletic teams—to help you build core skills and self-confidence in the most wildly fun way imaginable.
